COVID-19 SHIPPING INFORMATION UPDATE
At present we are still shipping with little to no delays.
Standard Delivery takes 2-5 days on the island of Ireland. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to the UK. Allow 5-7 days for Europe
If ordering from one territory and shipping to another the online store will automatically add an additional charge for delivering between countries.
All deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed.
If after 7 business days your order has not been delivered please contact email@example.com and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipping to rest of the EU:
- We charge a standard shipping rate of €12 on orders for one unit. Second and subsequent units will incur a charge of €12 each. This only applies when the order is made in the same territory that it is being delivered to.
Shipping to the rest of the world:
- Currently we don't ship as standard outside of the countries mentioned above, but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to arrange delivery for you.

You may return the product(s) within 7 days even without giving us a reason at your cost, as long as your package and ordered items are unused, unopened and in the same condition as received.
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply you must inform us (by post, phone or e-mail only) within the seven day period. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
